Objective:

Align insurance industry’s 14 key Ohio-based members under a unifying platform and new brand; bridge a widening talent gap and drive interest and awareness in the more than 17,000 insurance industry jobs that will need to be fulfilled by 2020.

Deliverables:

Developed a comprehensive brand and marketing campaign – Insuring Ohio Futures – including naming, logo, design, and messaging, with a targeted focus on three job-searching populations: students, military veterans and mid-career professionals. Website and marketing materials showcase the diversity of career opportunities the go beyond sales roles long associated with the industry, making it an industry frontrunner of workforce development opportunities in Ohio.
