Category: Broadcast/Video It’s 2 o’clock on a Friday afternoon at the Werth office when the phone rings. On the other end of the line, a SafeAuto representative breathlessly says, “We have an opportunity to use NBA Great Michael Redd in a TV campaign. Can you hurry over?” That was a recent scenario for our team of creatives here at Werth. We hopped in the car, brainstormed as we drove, and by 3:30 pm, we had three approved scripts. Monday morning, we were casting. Tuesday, scouting locations. Wednesday, in preproduction. By Thursday, we were shooting. That’s all the time it took to put together three :30 second spots. By the following Monday, we were editing. By Tuesday, we had approved spots. Whew! We like to call that thinking on our feet – and in our car seats. At Werth, we react quickly and creatively, no matter where we are, or what hour it is on a Friday afternoon. |
