Robin Hepler directs media planning and editorial activities and develops strategic planning concepts for clients in a diverse range of industries, including real estate, education, medical, technology and not-for-profit organizations. She manages crisis communications planning and rapid response mechanisms for clients, and directs client and media briefings. Ms. Hepler has more than 20 years of experience as a news editor and marketing communications program developer and manager. Clients benefit from skills she forged as a reporter and editor at major metropolitan newspapers, and with McGraw-Hill World News in London and American City Business Journals. Ms. Hepler led editorial product development, focus group research and sales launches of publications for Thomson, Peterson’s and American City Business Journals. She also directed corporate communications for a Fortune 500 company.
